Slip and Slide

It is hot here today so I set up their new slip and slide. They don't like the COLD water so much, but they did have fun. :)

New Water Park

There is a new water park in town and yesterday was our second visit. It's not cheap for us "out of county" folks, so we went on Wednesday when we can get in at half price because they close the pools early for Farmers in the Park. We met up with some friends and had a good time.

Fun Fair

Our county's fun fair was this past week. We rode over one day to check it out before it opened and once the kids saw the rides, they couldn't stop talking about it. It's their first "real" carnival. They LOVED it! Their favorite ride was the Dragon Rollercoaster - they rode it twice. Ack...who knew how expensive carnival rides had gotten! But it was worth it to see their faces. :)

Fireworks

I didn't take any firework photos on the 4th, but our county had it's fun fair this past week and ended it with fireworks last night. We had front row seats. :)

Chewy louie

Chewy Louie is their all time favorite book. We picked it up again at the library today and Ryan read it to them last night. :) They love the last page where Chewy Louie took a bite out of it.









Our own personal "Chewy Louie" had to come in to see what was going on. :)
