Daphne Flies

The kids LOVE their Scooby-Doo and the gang figures and play with them all the time. The other day Ryan made a parachute from one of his handkerchiefs and tied it to Daphne, then we took her outside to see if she would "fly". It took a few tires, but the parachute finally opened and she floated (quickly) to the ground. :) It was so fun to watch the kids watch Ryan, and at the same time learn that they can use stuff we already have to make fun things to play with.

Daphne fell so fast that I couldn't get a in-air shot. And then one time she landed on Caleb's head. Abigail & Caleb thought that was hilarious! :)
