Abigail & Caleb in Orange

I am sooo behind on my blogging. My newphews were with me for two weeks and I haven't caught up since then. Hopefully this week...I have lots of fun pictures from when they were here, plus a newborn & his big brother.

Here's Abigail & Caleb from today....jst because they looked so dang cute this morning.

Caleb's new favorite color is orange so I found Abigails dress and his shirt from our local Christian Outreach center yesterday (think HUGE thrift shop - the money they make goes to help local families in crisis). Hers was new with tag and I loved it, then was thrilled when I found a shirt to "match" for him.

Snow, Snow, and More Snow

We got 10 inches of the white stuff! The kids couldn't wait to get outside and play in it. It was a soft snow so we couldn't get a snowman made. Molly had lots of fun too! Later we lost power so we decided to get out of the house and take in the beauty of the fallen snow. Our power ended up being out for 21 hours so the next day we ended up at Mona's for a shower (for me) and some more snow play. They were finally able to build a snowman!

Our Dogwood Tree limbs were touching the ground from the heavy snow on the branches so Ryan decided to shake the snow off. We got the kids under it and surprised them with the "avalanche". :)








Snow isn't ALWAYS fun, especially when it's in the face.




Sometimes it tastes good and sometimes they're not so sure!
