Girly Girl

I'm not much of a girly Girl, but Abigail is. She loves all things Girly - high heels, dress up, makeup, fingernail polish, jewelry, etc. Her newest love? Curls in her hair - just like Sleeping Beauty. Problem is, she has stick straight hair. This is our second attempt with curlers. The first attempt flopped...literally. She had curls for at most, half an hour. I hope these hold long enough in the morning for me to get some pictures. :)

My beautiful girly Girl...

Brothers

Tina's boys, Tyler & Aaron. What one doesn't think of, the other does. :)

Tyler

Tina's oldest, my nephew Tyler. He's a handsome one with a mind of his own! He wasn't too into our "photo session" to begin with, but warmed up and did a fantastic job!

Aaron

Tina's youngest, my nephew Aaron. Such a cutie, and such a character! He wasn't too happy about getting his picture taken, but he did great!

The Gang

Tina and the boys visited this weekend and we tried to cram loads of fun into a couple of days. Hannah came and joined the fun...her and Tyler are best buds. YMCA swimming one day, playground the next, plus two sleepover nights (with all 5 kids piled into Abigail & Caleb's room).

Some of "the gang" and some individual shots:

There are ones like this of Aaron & Tyler but I'll include them in the other posts of their photos.

Snow, Snow, and More Snow

We got 10 inches of the white stuff! The kids couldn't wait to get outside and play in it. It was a soft snow so we couldn't get a snowman made. Molly had lots of fun too! Later we lost power so we decided to get out of the house and take in the beauty of the fallen snow. Our power ended up being out for 21 hours so the next day we ended up at Mona's for a shower (for me) and some more snow play. They were finally able to build a snowman!

Beware - photo overload!

Our Dogwood Tree limbs were touching the ground from the heavy snow on the branches so Ryan decided to shake the snow off. We got the kids under it and surprised them with the "avalanche". :)

Snow isn't ALWAYS fun, especially when it's in the face.

Sometimes it tastes good and sometimes they're not so sure!
